Apiary Sourdough Co. Rewards Program: Terms & Conditions

1. How it works

Apiary Sourdough Co. Rewards is our thank-you to regular customers. You earn one stamp on your rewards card (the stamp card on the back of our business card) each time you make a qualifying purchase. Collect 6 stamps and you can redeem them for one free standard sourdough loaf.

2. What counts as a qualifying purchase

A single transaction of $10 or more, calculated after discounts and before tax and tips.
Only one stamp can be earned per customer per day, no matter how many transactions are made or how large the order is.
Purchases can’t be split into separate transactions, and separate customers’ orders can’t be combined to earn extra stamps.
Online orders and in-person purchases at markets or pickup both qualify. Your card must be stamped at the time of pickup or purchase, and stamps can’t be added after the fact.

3. Redeeming your reward

A completed card (6 stamps) can be redeemed for one free standard sourdough loaf. It can’t be exchanged for other products, specialty loaves, or cash.
Only one reward can be redeemed per visit.
The free loaf is a reward and doesn’t earn a stamp.
Rewards can’t be combined with other discounts, coupons, or promotions.
To redeem, hand in your completed card at pickup or purchase. For online orders, please note in the order notes that you’re redeeming a reward so we can set it aside.

4. Card rules

Each customer may only use their own card. Cards can’t be sold, traded, or transferred.
Photocopied, altered, or counterfeit cards and stamps will not be honored, and Apiary Sourdough Co. may refuse the reward and end that customer’s participation in the program.
Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced, and the stamps on them can’t be restored. Please keep your card somewhere safe.
Cards have no cash value.

5. Returns and refunds

If a purchase that earned a stamp is refunded or canceled, the stamp may be removed. If that stamp was part of a card that was already redeemed, we may deduct the value of the reward from a future one.

6. Expiration

Stamps expire 12 months after the date of the first stamp on the card. A card that has expired can no longer be redeemed.

7. Changes to the program

Apiary Sourdough Co. may change, suspend, or end the Rewards Program, or update these terms, at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Stamps already earned will be honored for 30 days after any change or ending of the program.

8. Discretion

We reserve the right to decide whether any purchase or stamp qualifies, and to refuse stamps or rewards in cases of suspected misuse of the program.
